As I was getting ready to go skiing I met a few of my co-workers in the hall who warned me that it was about 30 below with the windchill. It is now -11, and the wind is blowing at about 15-16 MPH. Resulting in a windchill of -34.
I went out skied for 1/2 hour or so. I did not feel too cold with my face covered. Zoey did not seem to mind the cold either, but she was pretty frosty when we headed back inside.
Willow ptarmigan, something for Zoey to chase!

She's very adaptable, being a desert dog and all.
